37 - Receive information of our organization recognized for efforts after returning from our trip

First, we return I phoned our accompanying parent to inform the course of our journey. We could call our contact person to finalizing comprehensive approaches or her Canadian citizenship.

Then, the agency has forwarded the documents relating to the decision of the country of origin we entrust our children and a form of notice of arrival of our boy Secretariat for International Adoption (IAD) .

Subsequently, the agency approved we sent newsletters . First-place, there was a letter of congratulations. Then, a reminder to the Philippine authorities to provide, through our organization, three progress reports in the wake of our adoption. This letter gave us the process of obtaining thereof. Finally, a confirmation of adoption required under the Quebec Parental Insurance Plan (QPIP).

Then the Secretariat for adoption sent us, following the receipt of documents provided by our agency and after being analyzed, a letter outlining the steps we had to undertake and a document, for the Court of Québec, certifying the knowledge and monitoring performed by them in our adoption process. I forwarded the original this letter to Secretarial service-litigation our youth center, which was to join the petition for adoption, which must be filed with the Court of Québec.
